Like many other Lean Startups, we at CogniDox rely on many tools to help us with customer and company development. We've contributed to collaborative projects collecting lists of useful tools, but it always seemed with the lists approach that you can't see the wood for the trees.
It needed a theory.
And so we developed the "Six Abilities" framework to help us understand what types of skilled activities matter to a new product development; and when you should use them.
