We try to ensure that 'what you see is what you get' with our licensing and pricing.

For example:

• No per-Server/CPU or named user licensing – we support flexible network configurations including multi-site clusters, hosted or on-premises. You can deploy live servers and test or training servers with no additional license costs

• No lock-in to proprietary technology, source code is provided to you upon agreement. If you decide that in-house code development is best, you are free to create derivative works from the code

• No expensive catalogue of add-on modules essential for use. You don't have to spend time comparing a list of product edition features against your list of requirements. Everything in CogniDox concerning controlled document management is included

We do try to encourage you to use our follow-on development services. We believe there should be a low entry cost and any additional expenditure should be directly related to the value you derive from your customization of CogniDox.
