We install the software on a server configuration you supply, located at your premises. You pay a monthly subscription per user (minimum three months, payable in advance). There's no setup or support fee - as long as you have a valid subscription you can use the software. The advantage of this license is that it provides a lower cost of entry which helps to manage cash outlay and it can be accounted for as an operational rather than a capital expenditure.

Similar to the Subscription License, except that there is a one-time, up-front license payment calculated by number of users. Set-up and configuration costs are additional. Support is included for the first year, and a support fee of 20% is payable for subsequent years. The advantage of this license is that it offers a lower total cost of ownership measured over a five-year period.

We can also arrange a Hosted Service model. No on-premises installation reduces the set-up fee and there are no ongoing support fees as long as you remain in contract.
