Simple pricing to suit your needs

Enterprise License

How much simply depends on the size of your company:

• Small Companies (<50 employees) pay £10,000 plus installation fee
• Medium Companies (<150 employees) pay £16,500 plus installation fee
• Larger Companies (<500 employees) pay £22,500 plus  installation fee

System installation costs £2,500 for all - this involves commissioning CogniDox according to your network configuration and setting up initial document categories and usage policies.

Support & Update Agreement

First year support is included in the price. Support in subsequent years costs 20% of initial License.

We follow an Agile model of software development with releases approximately every 3 months. We provide a script-driven upgrade package with each release to minimize your upgrade effort and to encourage you to use the latest version.

Subscriptions/Rental License

For smaller companies it sometimes is more cost-effective to pay a monthly subscription instead. The installation fee of £2,500 gets you set-up and started, and then you pay a per month subscription fee payable quarterly in advance as follows:

• 0 - 25 users = £20.00 per user per month
• 26 - 50 users = £15.00 per user per month
• 51 - 100 users = £12.50 per user per month

For example, 15 users => £300/month or £900/quarter total. There's no ongoing support fee - it's automatic as long as you stay in contract.

CogniDox-as-a-Service

We can also arrange a  Hosted Service model. No on-premises installation reduces the set-up fee and there are no ongoing support fees as long as you remain in contract.

Services (Consultancy, Training, Development)

• Onsite Consultancy - £400 per day, £250 per ½ Day; Travel and accommodation expenses at cost
• Offsite Code Development Services - £50 per hour; discounts for longer projects
• 20 Non-Contiguous days of Development - £6,500 per annum
