The highest CogniDox user role is the "CogniTect"

The role of the CogniDox Information Architect (or "CogniTect") is to decide how to structure the information within the company - will it be by departments, projects, locations, products, or some mixture of these?

This usually sounds simple until it is attempted. There are so many different ways that a company (and its employees) can view the company structure and their role in it.

On the upside, the analysis of the categories that make up the company, the control / ownership issues around content, and the workflows that are necessary for business efficiency always turns out to be time well spent. Mapping the end-to-end knowledge flow isn't a feature as such, but it often turns out to be the main benefit that CogniDox brings.
