We provide internal document management solutions that can be installed on your servers or hosted on Private Cloud servers managed by us. Internal solutions are used by your employees. External document sharing with customers, partners, suppliers, etc. is from a web portal hosted on Private Cloud servers managed by us.
You can choose whether or not documents leave your company servers according to company policies or regulatory rules. For best security practice, documents shared with others (even your most trusted partners) are kept on separate web servers. You can have one web property for your company’s Intranet and an entirely separate (but linked) web property for your partner Extranet.
